Rural Compass Sourcing terms of service

These terms explain the intended use of this website and its procurement inquiry facilities. Rural Compass Sourcing is an independent sourcing service for business buyers. It is separate from product manufacturing, dealer representation, installation contracting and regulatory advice. References to a product family describe inquiry scope, rather than an offer to supply a specific model.

Using the procurement information

Website material helps buyers organize specifications and questions for potential suppliers. It does not replace site engineering, hydraulic design, electrical review or destination compliance checks. Catalog entries are inquiry configurations; they do not establish inventory, certification, supplier approval, price or a committed production slot. Images may be illustrative and must not be used as an acceptance specification.

Submitting a business requirement

Provide accurate contact information and describe the intended application, quantity and delivery destination. Mark assumptions and unknown values so they can be resolved. An inquiry does not create a purchase contract, reserve equipment or confirm that a suitable manufacturer has been identified. Any commercial engagement, sample arrangement, inspection, delivery or payment responsibility requires separate written confirmation.

Comparing proposals

Review the exact product revision, included components, currency, unit basis, packing, freight, taxes, software fees and exclusions. Alternative configurations should be assessed separately. The buyer and its appointed technical professionals remain responsible for deciding suitability and acceptance criteria. Factory quotations, warranties and product claims must be attributed to their issuer and checked for the requested model.

Content, links and service availability

Use the site lawfully and avoid submitting confidential access credentials or third-party personal information without authority. External reference links provide context; their inclusion does not establish endorsement or a supplier relationship. Page availability and inquiry processing can be interrupted. A browser error is not evidence of receipt, and a successful page load does not establish a confirmed order.

Questions and changes

Contact us through the procurement form to raise a question about these terms or a specific inquiry. State the relevant page and request details. Updated website terms may be published with a revised date; a separately signed agreement, where applicable, should identify its own scope and governing provisions.
