Scope before price
Controller, sensors, gateway, licenses and commissioning should have named owners. Separate them before comparing factory totals.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.

A clear role in the buying process
We organize irrigation purchasing questions so business buyers can discuss a defined scope with potential manufacturers. The service is separate from the factory, the system designer and the installation contractor.
The starting record identifies the application, site size, source water, pressure, flow, control interfaces, quantity and delivery destination. Unknown values remain questions for the buyer or appointed designer; assumptions are not silently turned into approved specifications.
A potential supplier should answer against the same brief and identify the manufacturer, quoted model, accessories and exclusions. Alternative proposals are documented separately, especially when the communication method or valve output changes.
The buyer evaluates the configuration, supporting documents, sample results and total purchase scope. Factory selection, payment, engineering approval and import decisions require explicit agreement. A website inquiry does not constitute an accepted order.
Controller, sensors, gateway, licenses and commissioning should have named owners. Separate them before comparing factory totals.
Ask for documents tied to the exact product and destination. A factory brochure or unrelated certification does not establish suitability for a US project.
Your premium, mid-range or budget preference guides discussion of trade-offs. It does not label a supplier as verified or guarantee its performance.
The following are responsibility roles for a procurement conversation, not named staff or claimed in-house departments.

Provides field conditions, budget priorities and the seasonal acceptance window.

Identifies the quoted model, available documents, spare parts and production assumptions.

Checks hydraulic design, electrical compatibility and the agreed acceptance procedure.
These labels identify documents to request, not certificates held by Rural Compass Sourcing. If WaterSense or another product claim matters to your procurement, request the exact model evidence and have the buyer's qualified reviewer confirm applicability. We do not publish factory history, production capacity or client metrics without supporting assets.
