Inquiry information / 9 October 2026
Rural Compass Sourcing privacy policy
This notice describes the intended handling of information submitted through Rural Compass Sourcing procurement forms. The forms collect contact details and a business requirement so the request can be reviewed and followed up. This page describes the website workflow; it does not claim that an untested production endpoint has received a particular submission.
Information in a procurement brief
You may supply your name, company, work email, telephone and product requirements. The requirement can include application, site conditions, control interfaces, quantity, destination and desired delivery date. Budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis and supplier preference are optional. Provide business-relevant information and avoid passwords, access codes, payment credentials and unnecessary personal data.
How the information is used
Contact information supports inquiry follow-up. Requirement information supports clarifying specifications and discussing potential factory proposals. A sourcing discussion may require sharing the relevant technical scope with potential suppliers or service providers; identify confidential information and any sharing restrictions when you make contact. The site does not represent a manufacturer or publish your requirement as a customer endorsement.
Browser storage and controls
The sourcing support notice uses browser storage to remember its display timestamp and dismissal state. The dialog opens automatically for less than seven days from its first display, then stops opening automatically; the ticker dismissal is remembered for the browser session. The site also respects reduced-motion preferences. You may clear browser storage through your browser settings, which can reset those display preferences.
Accuracy, access and retention questions
Use the contact form to request correction of a submitted requirement or ask about access, removal or handling restrictions. Identify the business email and approximate inquiry context without sending new sensitive data. Retention and any required recordkeeping should be discussed for the actual engagement; this website does not publish a universal retention period for all procurement projects.
External services and updates
Reference links and third-party resources may operate under separate privacy terms. Review those terms when leaving the site. No public social channel is presented as an official inquiry route. Changes to this notice will be shown with a revised date. A website submission alone does not establish a purchase contract or confirm that a factory has accepted the requested scope.
